Hogan enjoys telling customers that he has worked here since he was 11 and while funny, it’s actually true. He was by no means forced to work when he was 11 but he did regularly attend sales events at the store, and offsite with his dad Greig. Proving to be a budding salesman even such a young age Hogan has continued working in the store as a young man. Don’t let his youthful appearance fool you he knows his stuff. Hogan has literally been around outdoor cooking his entire life and with no formal training is an accomplished cook indoors and out. He can help you with kitchen planning and answer anything regarding appliances and grills in most cases better than his Dad. Hogan even left the store for a year to found his own bakery “Small Town Sweets”. He can cook a mean cookie or pound cake with his eyes closed.

Hogan just recently returned to Fireside and is managing the Lake Oconee store which we hope you will love. Come meet him and get ready to fall in love with your next grill, spice or cooking implement.
